Does this sound good? Hurry Im Hungry! lol?!

Question: Does this sound good!? Hurry Im Hungry! lol!?
I have a buttermilk pancake mix and some sausage links, and some apple!. I was wondering if I could brown up the sausage, mix the pancake batter, put the chopped up cooked sausage and chopped up apple in the batter mix and make pancakes!? also would it be good if I added some syrup to the mix before cooking it so its like baked in!?

I am kinda new to cooking, so would this be okay!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Okay I know that you asked this some time ago, but hey I just got home from work, so I am answering late!. Maybe it will help for another day!.

Mix the pancake batter as directed adding a tablespoon or 2 of syrup!. Set bowl aside and lay a dish towel over the bowl, this will allow time for batter to rise and give you thicker pancakes!. While the batter sets, cook up the sausage links till they are completely done through!. Chop them up as much as possible and set aside on a paper towel to drain grease!. Finely chop up 1 medium apple and set aside, (food procesor works best) letting what juice was created to drain!. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over chopped apple, and mix till light coating over all of the apple!. Take pancake batter and blend the chopped sausage and the chopped apple to mixture!. Cook pancakes as directed!.

Enjoy!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

all you can do is try it out!. that's how world's most loved recipes were made, by someone (most times) accidentally mixing this and that!. And other times they're just playing around!.

But here's what I would do;
mix the browned sausage in with the pancake mix and make the pancakes
but with the chopped apple, mix it in with butter and syrup and pour it over the pancakes!. that way the apples wont get browned or anything like that!.
that's only if you don't like brown, hot apples!.

you've made me hungry now!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The apples can go in, they'll still be a little crunchy though!. Sliced bananas are GREAT in pancakes!

The sausage can go in so long as it's cooked and well-drained (not a lot of grease)!.

As for the syrup, well I've had pancakes with syrup cooked in them!. I don't like that as good as putting the syrup over them!. You can do it that way as you want, in fact it might be good to try it least once!. Remember to leave out an amount of liquid equivalent to the amount of syrup you put in!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you should maybe add chopped up apples to the pancake batter mix, that would make them super good!

and maybe use the sausage on the side , sort of like a brunch!.!.!.!.!.!.!.But if you want to add sausage and apples to the pancake batter mix because you think it will be good, try it, it might taste super good :)

I like mixing odd things to!.!.!.!.and they end up tasting yummyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think that you should forget about the sausage and make some apple pancakes by doing this:
cut the apple in thin slices, place them on a frying pan, sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar and then put the pancake mix on top of it and let it bake until the pancake is done, then turn it!. it comes out delicious, believe me!.,Www@FoodAQ@Com

sure! !.!.!. but I'm not sure the sausage would chop small enough and might make the pancakes really lumpy!. Why don't you just add the apples, and a dash of cinnamon to the batter!? eat the sausages on the side, with the syrup on the side too (if you put it in the pancakes, they'll stick to the pan)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you have the right idea but don't add the sausage and don't add syrup!. Cuz that sounds gross!.(no offense)!. You need to chop up the apples and the add so cinnamon! Now that sounds good!! Hope you get it right!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you might want to brown the apples in a little butter and brown sugar, until they caramelize, then add them to the mix!.dont add the syrup as it might burn fast, save it for the end result!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no!. eat the sausage seperate!. chop the apples into cubes, then put them into the pancakes!. and, yeah, syrup in the batter is YUM!. lol :DWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think that the grease from the sausage would make the pancakes taste really awful, and would definitely mess up their consistency!. So maybe not!.!.!.but the apples would be good in the pancake batter!Www@FoodAQ@Com

the sausage sounds great in the pancakes the apples dont sound so good!. I think I might try it in the morning! Thanks for the idea!Www@FoodAQ@Com

the sausage bits and syrup sound good but i think you should eat the apples on the side cuz baked in might be a little funkay!. but it sounds good 2 me!!

hope you enjoy ur meal!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds rather weird to me, but if it works for you go for it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you would need to add some cinnamon and a little brown sugar to make this just right! YUUUUUUUUMMMMMMYYYY!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
