How about serving them with maybe a polska kielbasa or some type of sausage!?!? I love the beef polska that Hillshire Farms makes and it's affordable!.

Maybe a great soup or salad!?!?

:)

Pierogies are incredible, by the way!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would serve a side of glazed carrots (just saute cooked carrots in butter and brown sugar for a few minutes!.) and some large stuffed mushroom caps!. You could stuff the mushroom caps with a simple bread crumb, herb, butter, and parm cheese mixture, or mixed in a little flacked crab meat or minced shrimp into the stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like perogies sauteed in butter with onions and sour cream!. Since they are filled with potatoes, they make a good side with lamb or pork chops, cabbage & apples sauteed in butter with a little cinnamin!. They make a great side for stuffed cabbage as well!.
