I had an easy cheesecake recipe that I found on the back of a box of graham cracker crumbs!.!.!.I think it was Nabisco!.!.!.I made it a few times and it was sooooo good!. I promised my neighbor I would make one for him for tonight!. I cannot find the "cutout" from the box!.!.!.ugh!!!!! It was graham cracker crust, cream cheese!.!.!.!.I think eggs and sour cream!. I looked on the internet and can't find what I am looking for!. Anyone know what I am talking about!.!.!.!.I would appreciate you filling me in!. lol!.!.!.thank you sooooo much!. NABISCO'S "OUR BEST" CHEESECAKE

1 3/4 c!. Nabisco graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c!. softened butter
1 1/4 c!. granulated sugar
3 (8 oz!.) pkg!. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp!. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 c!. sour cream
1 (21 oz!.) can cherry pie filling, or apple, or blueberry

Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
Crust: Blend crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar and press mixture firmly against bottom and up sides of an 8 inch springform pan!. Place in refrigerator while you make filling!.

Filling: Beat cream cheese until fluffy!. Gradually add remaining 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract!. Beat in eggs, one at a time!. Blend in sour cream!. Mix well and put filling into crumb-prepared pan!.

Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until firm!. Turn off oven, leaving oven door slightly ajar!. Allow cake to remain in the oven for 1 hour!. Cool cake in the pan!. Chill for 4 hours or overnight!. Remove sides of springform pan!. Top with cherry pie filling!. Makes 10 (about 2 1/4 inch) wedgesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Easy Mandarin Orange Cheesecake


INGREDIENTS

* CRUST:
* 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
* FILLING:
* 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
* 2 teaspoons orange extract
* 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
* 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
* 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained and patted dry


DIRECTIONS

1!. Combine crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9-in!. pie plate!. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minute or until lightly browned!. Cool!. Meanwhile, for filling, beat cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy!. Add concentrate and extract; beat well!. Fold in whipped cream, and orange peel if desired!. Spread evenly into crust!. Arrange oranges in decorative design on top of filling!. Chill at least 3 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The easy cheesecake I make is with:
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
2 pkg cream cheese
1/2 c!. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream sugar and cream cheese together, add one egg at a time, and then the vanilla!. Beat until smooth!. Pour into graham cracker crust!. Bake for 30 minutes on 350!. Cool for one hour!. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight!. Top with favorite topping!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

8 ounce package AND 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup lemon juice
14 oz!. can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated)
1 9" graham cracker crust
PREPARATION:
In medium bowl beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy!. Add lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk and mix until very well combined!. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill!. 8 servings

***Philidelphia New York Cheesecake***

Ingredients:
1 cup crushed HONEY MAID Honey Graham (about 6 grahams)
3 Tbsp!. sugar
3 Tbsp!. butter or margarine, melted
5 pkg!. (8 oz!. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp!. flour
1 Tbsp!. vanilla
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
4 eggs
1 can (21 oz!.) cherry pie filling

Preparation:
PREHEAT oven to 325°F!. Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp!. sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan 13x9-inch baking pan!. Bake 10 min

BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended!. Add sour cream; mix well!. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended!. Pour over crust!.

BAKE 40 min!. or until center is almost set!. Cool completely!. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight!. Top with pie filling before serving!. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator!.

****Sour Cream Topped Cheesecake****

Ingredients:
1 cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
6 Tbsp!. sugar, divided
3 Tbsp!. butter or margarine, melted
3 pkg!. (8 oz!. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp!. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp!. lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp!. vanilla, divided
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Preparation:
PREHEAT oven to 325°F if using a silver 9-inch springform pan (or to 300°F if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan)!. Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp!. of the sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of pan!. Bake 10 minutes!.

BEAT cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, lemon peel, juice and 1/2 tsp!. of the vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended!. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended!. Pour over crust!.

BAKE 55 minutes to 1 hour or until center is almost set!. Mix sour cream, remaining 3 Tbsp!. sugar and remaining 1 tsp!. vanilla until well blended; carefully spread over cheesecake!. Bake an additional 10 minutes!. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan!. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight!.
