I use lemon pepper sauce as well on chicken!. I especially enjoy it over Cornish Game Hens, generously coated with it!. Stuff it with some celery, onion and spices and YUM!

Lemon Wings
16 chicken wings
2 cups lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons butter

Cut off wing tips and save for a later use!. Combine lemon juice, salt and pepper!. Pour over wings and marinate 4 hours, stirring to coat well on all sides!.

Drain wings on paper towels!. Place on foil lined broiler pan and rub each piece liberally with the butter!. Broil for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp or bake at 500°F for 30 to 45 minutes!. Serve immediately!.
