I rarely use recipes, but here's a combo that should work for ya: dump some yogurt into a food processor or blender, add chopped onion, salt, a clove or two of fresh garlic (or use garlic salt) and black pepper, to taste!. Finely chop fresh basil (enough to be visible in your mix), add to your *cooked, chilled* pasta!. Dice fresh roma tomatoes and cucumbers (again, to taste), toss with pasta mixture!. Add desired amount of yogurt mixture as your dressing!. Tasty, simple, quick, and FRESH tasting! Garnish with tomato slices and whole basil leaves!. This works really well with "garden" pastas, such as tricolored rotini, radiatore, etc!. This can also be dressed with a vinegar and olive oil blend, with the same flavorings as described above, if it's not necessary to have yogurt in your recipe!. Good luck! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Celery & Bell Pepper add colour & texture,
but red, green, or white onion will work just as well!.
You could add mustard or curry powder for taste & colour!.
I'd add lo-fat sour cream & a little mayo as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
