How should I cook my potates?!
They are small red ones!. I don't want mashed baked or roasted!. Any good ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh! You've got to make Vichyssoise! I'd play it simple to not take away from the flavors of your crab!. Try it like this:
1/4 cup sweet butter
about 1 and 1/4 lb of leeks, keeping the white parts
about 5-6 oz of yer potatos boiled!.
3 cups freshly made chicken stock (I LOVE fresh Chicken stock!.!.!.!.)
3 cups whole milk!.
Cook the leeks and butter covered for 15 min!.
Add potato and cook for another 4-5 on low
Stir in the stock and milk, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 min or until the potatos are super soft
Process in a blender or such, and chill it!.
Serve cold, and season to taste!.

go to your local supermarket and buy "onion seasoning packet" it has a recipe on back that you use potatoes for!. also we have twice baked potatoes!. you bake them once, and then carve out the middle, whip the middle with ranc!. garlic salt, and butter, put back inside potatoe and sprinkle cheese and bake for another 10mins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I love potatos cooked on the grill! Rinse, then slice in half leaving the peel on!. Place in 1 layer on large piece of foil & add chopped videla onions, garlic & italian seasoning and add a few pats of butter!. Cube and boil!. Mix 1/4 cup vinegar with 3 tbsp oil and 1/2 teaspoon dill and 1/2 teaspoon white sugar!. Mix well and pour over potato cubes!. Toss and serve as salad!.
Chopped red onions can be added too!.

I want potatoes now! I'm hungry!.!.!.!.!.mmmmmmmmmm Cut em in half!. Scoop out the middle and make mashed potatoes!. Bake the scooped out half!. When they are cooked fill them up with the mashed potatoes, add bacon, sour cream, cheddar cheese and chives!. So good, a little work but mmmm mmmmm good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
The only other ways of cooking them are to boil or fry them!. With small red potatoes I like to cut them into 4's and put them in a bag with oil and rosemary, shake till covered then bake!.!.!.!. but you dont want to bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix them in a pan w/ some Lipton's onion soup mix and a little bit of olive oil!.

i would parsley them,,, cut in half,,, boil them when cooked added butter and parsley and some minced garlic,,,, serve they will rock

Peel and dice the potatoes into bite size pieces!. coat potatoes in oil and onion soup mix (I also like to add extra diced onions to mine)!. Bake at 450-500 degrees for 30-45 minutes with lots of stirring!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
