Answers:
If there is a pale-yellow chunk of fat on either side of the cavity, pull or cut it off and discard!.
Hold the chicken under cold running water and rinse it inside and out!. Shake off excess water and pat dry with paper towels!.
Anything left inside will cook and can be avoided when eating!. Won't hurt a thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should only take out the little package that has the giblets, heart, etc!. in it!. Not all roaster chickens have this though -- so yours may not!. Once you take that out, you can rinse the inside of the chicken out with running water from the tap!. That's all you need to do!. No extensive cleaning of the body cavity on a roaster chicken (or turkey) is needed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chickens sold in stores have had all the unsafe parts removed, and often the giblets are replaced in a bag!. Most people these days throw that out, which is a terrible waste, real cooks use it for the gravy!. But if you've removed that and rinsed the inside out, you're done!. Don't worry about it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the chicken is considered clean after u put your hands into it then pull out all the organs!.u can see the ribs meaning no organs but u should check the inner sides where the kidneys are, cant see it must use finger to extract!.its hidden!.definition of clean bird is free of any traces of feathers,no internal organs n anything u can see with your eyes which are not suppose to be there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is probably clean enough if there are no guts showing!. The internal parts are edible it is just the poop than needs to be cleared off!. Remember to rinse it!. Cooking chicken to the recipe time at a high enough temp kills the germs!. Check the internet for different ways to cook it!. Google "blasted chicken lee"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think you're there!.!.!.just wash out well with salt water, prior to cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

just wash out well with salt water and you should be goodWww@FoodAQ@Com
