Show them how to whip egg whites!.
Separate 2 eggs!. Discard yolks and shell!. Keep whites in large bowl!. Add ? tsp!. cream of tartar (stabilizes egg whites)!. Beat w/ wire whip or whisk until soft peaks form!. This will take about 2 minutes of constant beating!. You may consider passing the bowl around for others to help you beat and "get the hang of it!."Www@FoodAQ@Com
