3 eggs
1 1/4 c!. milk
3/4 c!. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tbsp!. sugar
1/2 tsp!. salt
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored!. Stir in milk!. Sift dry ingredients; add to egg mixture, mixing until smooth!. Drop batter onto moderately hot buttered griddle (or use special Swedish griddle)!. Spread batter evenly to make thin pancakes!. Turn when underside is light brown!. Step2--Blend in the melted butter!.
Step3--Heat a skillet, medium-high!.
Step4--Add a bit of butter to the pan, then drop in the batter by tablespoonfuls!. Cook till golden brown on the bottom (about a minute or two), then flip and cook a minute or two longer!.

There is a box mix ready to go called 'Lunds Swedish Pancake Mix" which is very good, easy to use and will make enough for your crowd!. Found in most basic grocery stores!.
I am most positive that the recipe the above sender (the first one) provided is not adequate for 50 pancakes!. These are suppose to be thin like crepes, but still!.!.!.!.!.I would double it, if I were to use it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
