How much do you want to spend!? The tenderloin does very well with fast high heat!. You could also get a rib eye steak!. That would be very good!. With both of these It almost pains me to think of them not being done as a steak!.
Sirloin, porterhouse, t-bone these would all be good done fast high heat!.
Round steak can be a little iffy sometimes!.

You can cut up a london broil or use sirloin!. I recommend marinating if you are pan saute'ing!. Maybe a little soy and tery!. sauce for about 20 or 30 minutes before the hot pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
