Medieval Vegetarian Recipes with limited resources.?!
I live in a university hostel with no cooking facilities except for a microwave and boling water!. I have no access to a blender or a whisk!. But could blend things with time!.

Your question is misleading, my friend! So, you're a starving student with limited funds, abilities, and means to make meals for yourself and you want some ideas on how to make something healthy and tasty, right!? Here are some ideas:
1!. Pasta with marinara!. Use your boiling water to cook angel hair pasta!. Nuke the pasta sauce!. Drain pasta, top with sauce and grated parmesan cheese!.
2!. Udon: purchase some miso soup concentrate, tofu, buckwheat noodles, and some fresh veges!. Mix some of the concentrate with water and bring to a boil!. Add chopped and shredded veges and microwave until tender crisp!. Add precooked udon noodles and season to taste!. Drain tofu and cut into cubes!. Add before serving!.
3!. Hummus and fresh pita chips
4!. Purchase some tempeh or vegetarian meatballs and make a sandwich out of half of a whole grain pita with tzaziki, sliced cucumbers, tomatos, tempeh/meatballs, feta cheese!.
5!. Microwave an Amy's spinach pizza
6!. Spread cream cheese on popcorncakes!. Top with a drizzle of honey and chopped dates!. Sprinkle with chopped pecans!.
7!. Lettuce rollups: Purchase on head of baby lettuce, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, cilantro, mint, and green onion!. Add teriyaki flavored tofu!. Rollup into a "burrito" and dip in sweet chili sauce!.
8!. Fancy ramen: to your favorite top ramen, add sliced hard cooked egg, bean sprouts, tofu, chopped peanuts, napa cabbage, brocolli or cauliflower, microwave until done and serve!.
9!. Scrambled egg rollups: blend a couple of eggs and add chives, cheese, salt and pepper!. Microwave until puffed and golden!. Place on whole grain flour tortilla!. Top with cheese!. Microwave vegetarian sausage and add to egg mixture on tortilla!. Roll up and enjoy with your favorite salsa!.

Buy a microwave rice cooker for a couple of dollars!. Soak your lentils so that its easier to cook!. You can cook veggies, rice, lentils with spices like tumeric, cumin seeds, salt, onions, garam masala, ginger and garlic paste (Store bought)!. I hope you have a fridge! rice is always good!.!. you could do it in the microwave 2 cups long grain rice one cup water cover bring to a boil simmer for 20 minutes add spices if you like or you could steam vegetables you could do rice and veggies together
