How do you make roasted/burnt garlic ?!


Question: How do you make roasted/burnt garlic !?
I would like to make my ordinary garlic to be slightly brownish / burnt / fragrant!.

How do i do that !?

Can i burn a little bit of it over the stove while holding it with a pair of thongs !?Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is what I do!.!.!.!.
Place the whole garlic!.!.!.still in the papery skin on a piece of foil!. Brush it with a little olive oil!.!.!.or whatever oil you have!. Pull the sides of the foil up and twist to close it!. Put in oven on 425 or 450 degrees!. Roast until desired brown!.
When it's done, let it cool down and then you can just pluck each clove off and squeeze out the meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take a shallow pan and line the bottom of it with olive oil, put whole cloves of garlic in it and bake it!. It smells awesome and it makes the garlic spreadable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

put a whole head in a 350F oven drizzled with a little oil for 45 min to an hour!. after it is cooked the garlic cloves will slip right out of the skin with a little squeeze!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

put it in a normal over for 30 mins
until its how you like it

you could use tongs if you didnt want it to be cooked all the way through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
