Answers:
Make a pork butt in the crockpot, eat it that the 1st time, 2nd day put some bbq sauce in some and have sandwiches and the 3rd day make this recipe!. 3 meals out of 1 meat but all tast different

Mexican Roll Ups
This is something I made up its a great way to use left over meat!.

Use one of your choice
Shredded Chicken, shredded beef or shredded pork
Put in skillet with 1 pkg of taco seasoning
Add enough water so that you may simmer it, not to much

After simmering like 20 min
Place small amount in to soft burrito shell, I like to use the large ones!.
Roll them up and secure with toothpicks
In deep fryer or skillet, brown til golden brown
They will be crunchy
Serve with sour cream, salsa or gucamole

Dont forget to remove toothpicks !!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go for planned leftovers! A pot of chili can become chili dogs later in the week!. A pork shoulder can become shredded barbecue!. A Roasted chicken can be chicken tetrazini later!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like making Chicken Fetticine Alfredo!.!. It's way easy! It takes about 20 mintues to make!

Start boiling a pot of water!. (Tip- add a couple teaspoons of salt to water to quicken boiling time)

Take 2 full sized boneless skinless chicken breasts, and season them with salt, pepper, and garlic salt!.

Put a little butter or olive oil in the pan and place chicken breasts into the pan, at medium heat!.

Pan fry the chicken breasts, flipping the chicken approximately every 4 minutes!.

The water should be boiling by this time, so add your noodles!.!. You can use fetticine noodles, or little bow tie pastas!.

To check if they're done, the middle of the chicken breast should have clear juices when pierced with a knife!. If the juices appear a cloudy pink then they'll need to cook longer!.

Take two jars of Ragu Alfredo sauce, and empty into large pot or skillet on medium low heat!. Take chicken out of pan and cut into bite size slices!. Then place into pot of sauce!.

Check the noodles!. (Eat one) They should have an al dente texture, which means slightly crisp, and not soggy!.

I add broccoli to this recipe as well!.!. I take the microwaveable vegetable steamers and pop it in the microwave!. Then I add it to my pot and let it all simmer for about 10 minutes!.

Serve and enjoy!

I also serve five cheese texas toast with this! MMMMMM!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breaded thin cut pork chops!.
In a bowl mix Progresso Italian bread crumbs, a little grated parmesan cheese, fresh chopped parsley or cilantro, Mrs!. Dash, and salt to taste or no salt!. Dip the thin pork chops in egg, then heavily sprinkle your pork chops on both sides with your mix!. Fry in olive oil and minced fresh garlic till done!. Watch your heat so it don't burn the outside before the inside is done!. I cook it on medium heat first and then turn up the heat to brown the outside a bit more!.

When these are refrigerated and cold, they are sooooooo good!. My husband rather have them cold the next day than hot off the frying pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
