I have several different ways that I prepare kielbasa:
1!. Slice it into chunks, brown is in a little butter with some onions, then mix in some BBQ sauce and serve over rice
2!. Slice it and mix it into a box of Betty Crocker's Au Gratin or Scalloped potatoes - omitting the butter - and bake according to the package directions
3!. Cut it into chunks and simmer it in sauerkraut; eat on rolls with spicy mustard
4!. Mix slices of it into macaroni and cheese
5!. Simmer chunks of it in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce; serve with rolls or over rice or noodles

I brown it in a pan with a little cooking spray, then add 1/2 can of beer and simmer -- the alcohol cooks off, but it leaves the kielbasa juicy!.
yum, I forgot about it and haven't made it in awhile!. Thanks for the reminder :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
