What can i make with pork steaks?!
I usually just BBQ on the grill and they are good, but I am looking for a different way to cook them!.

When you buy your next set of prok steaks, take them right to the butcher and have them ground up like beef!
Grill them like hamburgers but coat them with a mix of bbq sauce and honey about 3 mintues before they are ready to be removed from the gril!. Now THATS good-eats ;)

try this, brown the pork steaks in a frying pan!. then take a large casserole dish, place the steaks into the bottom!. you will need 2 cans of cream of chicken or mushroom soup mix(the ones you add water or milk too) combine both cans of soup with 1 1/2 cans water, & pour over the steaks in casserole dish!. then take 2 tubes refridgerator biscuits, cut each biscuits into 4 mix in to soup pushing them down so the soup will lightly coat over all the biscuits!. Bake at 375* for 30-40 minutes ( or until all biscuits are cooked) you may need to peek at the ones underneath to make sure they are not snotty!. good luck this is really yummy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 (10!.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (11 ounce) can condensed cheese soup
2 (10!.75 ounce) cans milk
8 thick cut pork steaks
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!.
In a large bowl, combine the mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup and the milk!. Mix until well blended!. Season the pork steaks with the oregano, basil and salt and pepper to taste!.
Pour about 2 cups of the sauce into a 9x13 inch baking dish and place the pork steaks over the sauce!. Top the steaks with the remaining sauce!.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour, then turn steaks over, making sure they're always covered with the sauce, and bake for another 30 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In a skillet, quickly sear the pork, and then Place 2 yellow onions cut into rings along with 1 bell pepper and 3 garlic cloves on top of the pork along with some worchestire sauce aprox 2T!. Cover and reduce heat to med and allow to cook for 1 hour!. Meat should be really soft, and flavorful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i know this is going to sound kinda gross but cut pork steaks into strips and saute in olive oil add sliced and cooked celery and carrots add soy sauce,peanut butter, and more soy sauce saute until desired tenderness and serve over white rice try it you might like itWww@FoodAQ@Com
