Oreo Cookie Cake recipe?!


Question: Oreo Cookie Cake recipe!?
I am trying to find a recipe for an oreo cookie cake!. I found many different ones, but I am not sure if the recipe is for the correct thing!. I want to make something that looks like this:

Any help would be great! I just fear that the recipes I am finding are not for this type of cake, but rather a whoopie pie/pudding dessert!.

Cake
1 package white cake mix
1-1/4 cups water
1/3 cup oil
3 egg whites
1 cup crushed Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
Ingredients - Frosting
1 cup Crisco shortening
1 Tablespoon vanilla
4-1/2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar
5 Tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees!. Prepare two 9-inch cake pans!.

Cake: Mix cake ingredients together and fold in cookies at end!. Fill pans and bake for 28 to 30 minutes!. Cool!.

Frosting:

Beat shortening and vanilla together until creamed!. Add half of the confectioner's sugar and half of the milk!. Cream together!. Add the rest of the sugar and the milk, and beat until the frosting is correct consistency!.

Frost cake and enjoy!. Top with fresh strawberries or more crushed cookies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:
1 package Oreo cookies crushed between waxed paper (doublestuff cookies are best)
3/4 stick (3 ounces) butter, melted
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 containers cool whip
1 large package instant chocolate pudding prepared according to directions

Preparation:
Mix together crushed oreos and butter; press into 9 x 13 pan!. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar together; add 1 container Cool Whip and spread on top of crust!. Layer prepared pudding over cream cheese layer!. Top with remaining Cool Whip!. Garnish top with reserved cookie crumbs that have not been mixed with butter or grated chocolate!.
