Question: Tuna Salad is boring!? How to spice it up etc!?
I use Hellmann's Mayo, onion, Old Bay Seasoning, albacore tuna, organic peas, organic pasta, a squirt of spicy brown mustard!. It's still not exciting enough - so what do you recommend!? :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try Grey Pupon instead of deli mustard and I like either pickles or you can try apples or grapes and walnuts!. Soybeans give it a little crunch as well as a green or red pepper!. Oh, I either use celery or celery seed in mine too and either onion powder or a scallion!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put a little pepper and salt!. Get two pieces of bread and toast them in the toaster!. When there done put the tuna in there and make a tuna sawndwhich!. It sounds weird but is very good!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use finely chopped onion, chopped boiled eggs, chopped olives, and some salt (have also added salsa- interesting)Www@FoodAQ@Com

chopped up green pimento olives!.!.it's awesome! and chopped up water chestnuts give it some crunchiness, also very goodWww@FoodAQ@Com

I replace half of the mayo with a good thick ranch salad dressing!. I like thin cut celery and thin cut bell pepper as well, but not both at the same time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try using some hot sauce or better yet a little dash of "Emeril's original essence" it does wonders to so-so tuna salad!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mabye add some celery or water chestnut for some crunch!. Or peppers if you like!. Red, green or orange!. Walnuts!? Get creative! Try new things! Black pepper!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
