Answers:
i'm pretty sure they are "Otis Spunkmeyer" cookies!. they sell frozen cookie doughs to many companies that want fresh bakes cookies without making the dough!. (seriously all you need is a toaster oven)

i found a lot of links for various cookies from that company!. you might want to look through them to find the exact one!. just google "Otis Spunkmeyer cookie copycat recipes"!. if not, you can always try this recipe:

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 2/3 cups white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth!. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla!. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture!. Fold in the white chocolate chips!. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets!.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookies are set!. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
