Grilled Zucchini II

NGREDIENTS

* 1 large zucchini
* 1/4 cup Italian-style salad dressing

DIRECTIONS

1!. Slice zucchini in to 1/4 inch slices!. Toss is a bowl with Italian dressing!.
2!. Place on a hot grill and grill about 4 to 5 minutes or until nice grill marks appear and the zucchini is slightly limp!. Serve and enjoy!.

They taste wonderful!. You don't have to do much!. Thick slice them or slice them thinner, but lengthwise- you can brush them with olive oil and add salt and pepper or you can brush them with italian dressing!. Use a basket like you would grill fish to ensure the slices won’t fall through!. Or use skewers- get some metal ones- they are longer and easier to work with!. And you can get skewers at the grocery store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont normally like zuccini but i DOE ofr zuccini in italian dressing like you just slice it and throw it in a ziplock baggy with italian dressing to marinate it its reallly good try it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Slice thin the long way!.
Dip each slice in egg !.
Then cover in Italian bread crumbs!.
Fry in pan with olive oil!.

Cut it in big pieces with onions and mushrooms!. Add butter or butter substitute, worsterchershire, tabasco, salt,pepper, garlic powder, onion powder!.Wrap in foil, cook to your liking!Www@FoodAQ@Com
