6 boneless thighs
1 pound button mushrooms sliced
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 can puree' tomato
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp each dried thyme and oregano

salt and pepper to taste

* 1 bag frozen broccoli
* salt and pepper
* 1 cup milk
PREPARATION:
Place chicken in the crockpot!. Cover with frozen veggies and cream of broccoli soup!. Add salt and pepper to taste!. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH 3 to 4 hours!. (Boneless chicken breasts might be dry if cooked too long!.) Add milk about 45 minutes before done, or 30 minutes if cooking on high!. Serve poured over rice!!! Yummy!

1 family size package chicken wings
2 cup catsup
2 - 12oz!. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc!.)
2- packages McCormicks Buffalo wings seasoning
Put chicken in a non-stick pan!.
Mix together catsup and cola, seasoning…!.pour over chicken!.
Bring to a boil!.
Reduce heat and cook 45 minutes!.
(turning chicken a few times, while cooking!.!.!.to prevent from
sticking to pan)
Cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken!.
It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce!. Yummmm!
I used the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo
Wings packet!.!.!.(the kind you get to bake in the oven)!.!.!.!.!.I thought it
was really good!.!.!.!.!.(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken)!.
This recipe is doubled…!.!.for my husband and myself…I use ? the ingredients!.
You can double…the double…!.and more as you like!.

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Catsup
2 TBLS!. Molasses
1/2 tsp!. dry mustard
Mix Thoroughly !
Cook in a crock pot until!.!.!.hot!.!.!.hot!.!.!.hot!

Your choice of beef or pork(to fit crock-pot)
1 pkg!. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg!. dry Italian dressing mix
1 pkg!. dry Brown Gravy mix

The first time I made it I didn’t have the Italian Dressing mix…!.so I added a pkg!. of Onion Soup Mix…!.I have to say I liked that better!.

Mix one can of good baked beans
We use a good sized can of beans (14-16 ounces, I think) and
get a kind that we like (maybe with brown sugar, onion, and bacon)!.
There are several kinds of good baked beans!.
and a package of Oscar Meier Weiners (all sliced up)!.
with a can of whole kernel corn (drained)
Any way, heat up these three ingredients, and serve with brown bread
(maybe toasted !?) and a glass of milk!.
It doesn't get any easier than this, and is suprisingly good!

2!.)Substitute a pound of cooked ground beef or ground turkey!.

1 can mushrooms, drained (7 oz can)
1/2 cup sour cream
4-6 cups hot cooked noodles
salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a medium skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and thoroughly cooked!. Carefully drain liquids and return to stovetop!. Stir in Gravy and mushrooms, and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally!. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, until thoroughly combined!. Add salt and pepper, to taste, and serve immediately over hot noodles!. Preparation Time: 1-15 minutes!. Cook Time: 25+ minutes

MIX TOGETHER THOROUGHLY:
1 (10 3/4oz!.) can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup sour cream

Crockpot Chicken and Rice
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups uncooked instant rice (i use sucess rice)
1 cup water
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
or chicken breasts tenders
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp!. black pepper
1/4 tsp!. paprika
1/2 c!. diced celery
Combine soup, rice and water in crockpot!. Add chicken;
sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika!.
Sprinkle celery over chicken!. Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hours
or on high 3 to 4 hours!.
* or use 2 cans cr!.of chicken and 1 can cr!. of celery

1 (5-6 oz) pkg scalloped potatoes
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
1 (10 oz) can pizza sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 t salt1/2 tsp oregano

1 cup mozzarella cheese, small cubes
1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
Brown ground beef, drain!. In crock pot, combine beef with dry sauce
mix from package fo scalloped potatoes, tomatos, pizza sauce, water,
salt, oregano, and garlic powder!. Stir in dry potato slices/ Cover and
cook on low to 4 to 5 hours!. Turn control to high!. Stir in cubes of
mozzarella cheese/ Top with parmesean!. Cover and cook on high
for last 10-15 minutes!.

4 double cut loin pork chops
2 C!. corn bread stuffing mix
2 T!. melted butter or margarine
1/4 t!. salt
1/3 C!. orange juice
1 T!. finely chopped pecans

1/4 C!. light corn syrup
1/2 t!. grated orange peel
Have butcher cut a pocket or with a sharp knife cut a horizontal slit in side of each chop forming a pocket for stuffing!.
Combine stuffing with butter, 1/4 tsp!. salt, orange juice and pecans!. Fill pockets with stuffing!. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper!. Place on metal rack in slow-cooking pot!. Brush with mixture of corn syrup and orange peel!.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours!.
Uncover; turn control to HIGH and brush with sauce again!. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15-20 minutes!.
Makes 4 servings!.

2 (8oz) jars salsa

Crockpot Chicken and Rice
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups uncooked instant rice (i use sucess rice)
1 cup water
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
or chicken breasts tenders
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp!. black pepper
1/4 tsp!. paprika
1/2 c!. diced celery
Combine soup, rice and water in crockpot!. Add chicken;
sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika!.
Sprinkle celery over chicken!. Cover; cook on low 6 to 8 hours
or on high 3 to 4 hours!.
* or use 2 cans cr!.of chicken and 1 can cr!. of celery
or 2 cans cr!. of chicken and 1 can cr!. of broccoli
and add pkg of broccoli to last hour of cooking

soup can of water
place roast in roasting pan, place veggies around roast, mix soups and water and pour over roast and veggies!.
Cook in a crock pot for 4-6 hours on low

1 pound ground beef
1 (5-6 oz) pkg scalloped potatoes
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
1 (10 oz) can pizza sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 t salt1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 cup mozzarella cheese, small cubes
1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
Brown ground beef, drain!. In crock pot, combine beef with dry sauce
mix from package fo scalloped potatoes, tomatos, pizza sauce, water,
salt, oregano, and garlic powder!. Stir in dry potato slices/ Cover and
cook on low to 4 to 5 hours!. Turn control to high!. Stir in cubes of
mozzarella cheese/ Top with parmesean!. Cover and cook on high
for last 10-15 minutes!.
Crock Pot Stuffed Pork Chops-www!.thatsmyhome!.com
4 double cut loin pork chops
2 C!. corn bread stuffing mix
2 T!. melted butter or margarine
1/4 t!. salt
1/3 C!. orange juice
1 T!. finely chopped pecans
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 C!. light corn syrup
1/2 t!. grated orange peel
Have butcher cut a pocket or with a sharp knife cut a horizontal slit in side of each chop forming a pocket for stuffing!.
Combine stuffing with butter, 1/4 tsp!. salt, orange juice and pecans!. Fill pockets with stuffing!. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper!. Place on metal rack in slow-cooking pot!. Brush with mixture of corn syrup and orange peel!.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours!.
Uncover; turn control to HIGH and brush with sauce again!. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15-20 minutes!.
Makes 4 servings!.

1/2 lb!. ground beef
1 lb!. Kielbasa sausage, sliced
28 ounce can whole tomatoes, undrained
9 ounces pkg!. frozen French-cut green beans
6 oz!. can pitted black olives (whole, drained)
1/2 C!. red wine
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced in rings
1 green pepper, chopped
1 t!. basil crushed
1 t!. oregano crushed
1/2 t!. thyme crushed
1/4 t!. pepper
1 lb!. pasta of your choice
4 oz!. parmesan cheese
In a medium skillet, saute ground beef!. When browned, transfer to crockpot!. Add all other ingredients except pasta & Parmesan!. Simmer on low for 6-8 hours!. Cook pasta according to directions!. Ladle Kielbasa over pasta in large bowls!. Pass the Parmesan cheese to garnish!.

4 thick pork chops
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 package taco mix
1 (4oz) jar peach preserves
2 (8oz) jars salsa
Coat the pork chops with taco seasoning!. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat!. Add pork chops and saute' until brown; drain drippings!. Pour 1/2 the peach preserves and 1/2 of the salso in the bottom of the slow cooker!. Arrange the chops over the salsa!. Add the remaining preserves and salsa and cook on Low for 5 hours!. Serves 4!.

1/4 c!. dry white wine or chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz!.) can mushrooms, sliced
Salt & pepper
Place chicken pieces in crock pot!. Season with salt and pepper!. Mix wine and soup!. Pour over chicken!. Add mushrooms!. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or high 3 to 4 hours!. Recipe may be doubled in 5-quart crock pot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
