Can you freeze cooked spaghetti?!

Question: Can you freeze cooked spaghetti!?
Ihad alot of left over noodles from making spaghetti and thought it would be great to use in a recipe next week but don't know how long they will last in the fridge so I thought about freezing them!.
If I freeze them will the taste the same and will they thaw okay and still have the same texture!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Although I have never tried it, I doubt it would work well!. I would imagine the texture would be all off after they get all hard in the freezer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yours will not turn out very well, as when you go to re-heat them, they will become overcooked!. If, however, you only cook the noodles 3/4 of the way, then rinse and freeze, when you reheat them, they finish cooking and turn out great!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have had good luck freezing the spaghetti meat sauce but I've never frozen the pasta!. It's cheap and quick to cook so I do the pasta fresh and heat up the frozen meat sauce in the microwave!. It tastes great reheated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
