I've always called it easy chicken Tetrazinni!.
Boil four chicken breasts in a large pot of seasoned water til tender, but don't over cook will be tough!.
(I put onions, garlic and salt & pepper in mine)
Take chicken out of pot and keep the water!. Bring it to a boil and add 1 pound of angel hair pasta til aldente!.
In another pot heat about 21 oz of velveeta with a can of rotel tomatoes gently til melted!. Cut up chicken or shred into small pieces!. Mix all together and pour into a 13 x 9 baking pan sprayed well with Pam!. Top with a little shredded cheese or more velveeta and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts!. This freezes great!. I always make a double batch and freeze it for later or a nice meal to bring to someone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
