Tonight I grilled fish with creole seasoning and 0 calorie 0 fat imitation butter, grilled vegetables, onions, yellow and zucchini squash salted and peppered with about a half table spoon of olive oil and a little garlic salt!. And I made some brown rice!. Everything was delicious but the rice was kind of tasteless !. What spice can I add to it to liven it up!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You can't go wrong with some fresh chives, that's always good with anything else you make for dinner!. also try a dash of lime or lemon juice, or you could even put a tiny bit of the zest in while cooking the rice!. Chipotle chili powder adds a nice spicy zip and smoky taste for the nights you decide to make something with a southwestern flair!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I sprinkle mine with low sodium soy sauce and some black pepper as a side dish!.

However, I stir fry a lot and would have added some sauteed garlic, then the grilled veggies, then a liberal amount of Ms!. Dash Table Blend, then the brown rice, a T!. of low sodium soy sauce, mixing it all up before serving!. Yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like a great meal!. Why not just put the veggies over the rice!? Try adding minced garlic at the begging of the cook cycle for the rice, finish with some chopped fresh chives, salt & pepper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chopped bell pepper and onion in about the last 5 minutes of cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
