Cola Chicken
1 family size package chicken wings
2 cup catsup
2 - 12oz!. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc!.)
2- packages McCormicks Buffalo wings seasoning
Put chicken in a non-stick pan!.
Mix together catsup and cola, seasoning…!.pour over chicken!.
Bring to a boil!.
Reduce heat and cook 45 minutes!.
(turning chicken a few times, while cooking!.!.!.to prevent from
sticking to pan)
Cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken!.
It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce!. Yummmm!
I used the spices from a MILD (I don't care for "HOT") Buffalo
Wings packet!.!.!.(the kind you get to bake in the oven)!.!.!.!.!.I thought it
was really good!.!.!.!.!.(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken)!.
This recipe is doubled…!.!.for my husband and myself…I use ? the ingredients!.
You can double…the double…!.and more as you like!.
BBQ Ribs
Use the same method (Cola Chicken)…!.leave out McCormicks seasoning!.
Ribs & Chicken wings both good…!.!.and……‘s I m p l e’…!.!.to fix…!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

start the ribs on the BBQ cook until almost done, while the ribs are cooking on the BBQ you can get a large enough bowl that can house all the ribs and a lot of sauce, now bust out the pork and Rib BBQ sauce (i suggest crushing up garlic and adding some Worcestershire sauce) put all this in the big bowl, now go check the ribs!. Once the ribs are almost done(cooked but could go back on the BBQ with out being burnt) take them off the BBQ and place them in to the bowl, once all the ribs are in place a lid on top of the bowl, and shake the bowl until the ribs are covered in your rib sauce, once they are all dripping with sauce place them back onto the BBQ to let the sauce get cooked in to the ribs(this will not take a great deal of time thus is why you precooked them)you just want the sauce to congeal alittle so the sauce sticks to the rib and doesn't drip, once this is done take out your baked potato(yes always eat with a baked potato and possible a salad) place it on a plate (note: you will probably have a vary fun but messy time eating these so have a small bowl of water with paper towel close by nothing is worse than having to clean up rib sauce off the carpet and/or walls)Www@FoodAQ@Com
The longer and slower you cook them the better!. Wrap up in foil on a pan for 250 degrees for four hours!. Just put some garlic and onion powder!. After that put on barbque, apply with brush your favorite barbeque sauce!. I like anything with a honey smoke barbeque flavor!. Turn constantly never letting them burn, but charred is great!. Serve when outside is crusty and several layers of barbeque sauce applied, say 1/2 hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
