Chocolate Crunch Tray Bake
Ingredients

1 Tablespoon
Golden Syrup
8 Ounce Digestive Biscuits
4 Ounce Margarine
1 Tablespoon Drinking Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Granulated SugarTOPPING
4 Ounce Milk Chocolate or Plain Chocolate


Preparation:
Lightly grease an 8" square tin!. Crush digestive biscuits Melt the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan until everything is dissolved!.
Add the crushed biscuits and mix well!. Press the mixture and flatten well with back of a tablespoon!.
Place the chocolate (topping) in a basin over a pan of hot water to melt!.
When the biscuit mix is cool cover with the melted chocolate!. Mark and cut into squares when the chocolate has set!.

CHEESECAKE

1!. Crust:
1 cups quick or old fashioned oats
(alternative, 3/4 cups oats, 3/4 cuts finely chopped nuts)
cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup margarine or butter (melting/melted)

2!.combine thoroughly!.
Bake on bottom of springform pan at 350F for 15 minutes

3!.Cheesecake:
3 (eight ounce) packages cream cheese (at 90F)!.
(warm room temperature)
1 cups sugar
3 tablespoons to cup flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups (sixteen ounces) sour cream

4!.Warm (or microwave) cream cheese to 90F!. Beat the
cream cheese at medium to high speed for three minutes
in mixer!. Blend in sugar and flour!. Blend in eggs
one at a time, then blend in vanilla!. Add sour cream
and beat in mixer until a uniform fluff -- about two to three
minutes!.

5!.Bake between 350 and 375F for thirty-five
minutes!.

6!.(Alternative, bake at 450F for ten minutes and
then 250F for one hour)!.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Dessert

INGREDIENTS

* 1 cup miniature marshmallows
* 3/4 cup evaporated milk
* 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
* 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
* 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
* 10 vanilla wafers
* 2 pints butter pecan ice cream, softened
* 9 pecan halves, toasted
* 4 maraschino cherries


DIRECTIONS

1!. For fudge sauce, in a saucepan, combine the marshmallows, milk and chips!. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture is melted and smooth!. Remove from the heat and refrigerate until chilled!.
2!. Line the bottom of a 6-in!. springform pan with vanilla wafers!. Top with about 1 cup ice cream; press into a smooth layer!. Top with a third of the fudge sauce!. Freeze for 30 minutes or until set!.
3!. Repeat layers twice, freezing in between layers!. Top with pecans and cherries!. Cover and freeze until firm!. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

3 pounds tart apples
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup rolled oats
4 tablespoons cold butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
PREPARATION:
Peel, core and chop the apples; toss in a bowl with lemon juice!. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; add to the apples and toss to combine!. Cut butter into 8 small pieces, and cut butter into flour with a pastry blender or two forks until mixture is crumbly!. Stir in the chopped nuts!.
Butter a 9-inch square baking dish!. Spread apple mixture in bottom of baking dish then sprinkle with flour mixture!. Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned!.

Serve warm or at room temperature, with vanilla ice cream or a little heavy cream, if desired!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

White Chocolate Mousse Pie

12 servings Prep: 15 minutes
Chill: 3 hours or overnight
Cook: 5 minutes

Ingredients
Crust:
13 chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies, ground (such as Oreo)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
17 oval vanilla-and-chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Pepperidge Farm Milano)
Filling:
1-1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1-1/4 cups heavy cream
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish:
1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
2 cups frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed

Directions
1!. Crust: Set aside 1 tablespoon of ground chocolate cookies for garnish!. Stir together remaining ground cookies and butter in a bowl until combined!. Press the mixture evenly over the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate!. Arrange oval cookies around the edge of pie plate, alternating with vanilla and chocolate facing out!.

2!. Filling: In a small glass measuring cup, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of the cream and let stand 5 minutes to soften!.

3!. Combine cream cheese, white chocolate and gelatin mixture in small saucepan!. Heat over medium-low heat for 6 minutes, stirring constantly, until smooth!. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla!. Pour into large bowl; place over ice bath!. Stir until thickened and cooled!.

4!. Whip remaining 1 cup heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form!. Fold a third of the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture until well-combined!. Gently fold in the remaining whipped cream until just blended!.

5!. Spoon mixture into prepared crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight!.

6!. Garnish: Before serving mound whipped topping in center of pie!. Sprinkle with berries and reserved cookie crumbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

mix:
1/4 c raisins omit if you don't like
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup of quick cooking oats
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 squirt of honey
dash of cinnamon & nutmeg
1 tbsp of flour

for the cooking process:

1 cup of apple juice

hollow out the apples with a knife just remove the core & seeds and stuff the mix above into it!.!.and place in a buttered or greased pan add the apple juice to the bottom cover with foil & cook for about 30-40 minutesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Large Block Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tasblspoons Strawberry Jam
2 Egg Whites
4 oz (100g) Sugar

METHOD
Spread the Jam over the bottom of the Flan Case!. Place it in a dish that fits exactly!. Put the Ice Cream into the Flan Case and mould to a pyramid shape using a spoon!. Do not let it melt!. Whisk the Egg Whites until stiff, then gently stir in the Sugar!. Pile the meringue all over the Ice Cream, forming small peaks!. Cook in the oven at 400F / 200C / Mark 6 for about 3 minutes - until the meringue stars to brownWww@FoodAQ@Com

OOEY-GOOEY CAKE

1 box cake mix with pudding (chocolate, yellow or white)
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted

Mix well (will be very stiff)!. Press into a greased 9x11 inch pan!.

1 (8 oz!.) pkg!. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp!. vanilla

Beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together and spread on top of cake mixture!. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
