Stir fry it in a pan, just until its warm!. I love to reheat fried rice this way it's awesome!. I would put a little pit of oil for the rice, but not for anything else!. I actually like food reheated this way better, this is how they did it before microwaves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
for fried rice & noodles: use a non-stick frying pan to reheat by quickly tossing 'em over a medium heat!.
for other foods: put 'em in a steaming pot to reheat - use a bigger pot filled with a little water & put your smaller pot of food in there, you can lay a couple of chopsticks across the smaller pot & place other dishes over it to be reheated together, the sauce won't dry up this way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Heat it up in a pan or pot on the stove!.!.!. you can add a little oil if it seems dry (rice, for example, might dry out)!. Just cover it for a few minutes to get it heated all the way through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
On the stove or in the oven in proper safe containers, not paper or cardboard!Www@FoodAQ@Com
You should take a pan and put the food in it to heat it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i would dump them out of the take-home boxes and put the food is small pans on low heatWww@FoodAQ@Com
