I'd actuallly boil my sausage in broth, or beer, or water until they are plumped before grilling!. The goal is to make them juicy and flavorful!. Baking draws the oil out and they can come out drier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No, not a good idea!. One or the other maybe!? Just grill them and leave an area where there are no coals to place them if they brown too fast!.
Baking them at 350 for an hour is too much in itself!. 40 minutes tops, flipped half way through!. Saute some peppers and onions while they cook!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, put it the oven @ 350F for 45 minutes or so , just make sure you have about an inch of water in the pan and you turn it a few times!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
What's the point!? Heck no-- just grill!. I usually poach first in beer to add flavor and keep them moist but I don't get the point of the oven thing!.
!.!.!.!.And an hour at 350°!?!?!? I'd think it would be burned before you even got to the grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
