I actually take a small portable grill with me to work- I grill chops, burgers, brats, hobo potatoes!.!.!.etc!. All you need is a small portable propane grill, outdoor access, and a lunch box full of food!. When I get burnt out on that style of food, I usually switch to things like leftover lasagna, tater tot hotdish, wild rice hotdish!.!.!.basically any kind of hotdish travels well!. Dinty moore stew is for when I'm running late in the morning and didn't have time to make anything the nite before!. Not only will you loose weight by bringing your own lunch, but it'll cost you less than half of what you spend buying lunch every day!. Turkey, ham, or kielbasa is okay nuked, beef and pork tends to get rubbery!.!.!.except swedish meatballs!.!.!.!.I haven't figured that one out yet, but I don't complain!. In the summer, I make a garden pizza now and again!. Cream cheese, chopped veggies(you pick), and shredded cheese with some chunks of ham on a redi-made(and baked) crust, or you can get recipes for the crust online!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tuna Salads, Cesar's salads (you pick the meat)!. Pasta dishes such as spaghetti and ravioli!. When I worked (retired from military and don't want to work anymore) I used to take those cup of noodles sometimes also, when I didn't have anything and didn't want to buy lunch!. also,I like Pasta that is cooked, like Ziti, and add some fennel and Italian seasoning,a little butter and Parmesan and I am good to go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stock your desk with a few cans of soup, there are quite a few low calorie, low fat soups!.
Salads are good, especially this time of year!.
Turn your salad into a wrap type sandwich!.
Make a fruit salad!.
Watch the crackers so if you want tuna pack only one portion (serving) of crackers!. You could also do the tuna with your salad!.
Suggestion for you would be once you have had your lunch if you can get out of the office and go for a walk even if it is only 15 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Plan leftovers when you cook dinner and take those with you to work for lunch!. Take leftover meat from dinner and use it to make chef salads; spaghetti; lasagna; soup; stew; StarKist Lunch-mates - cans of tuna or chicken that come with packets of mayo and relish and crackers; tacos but pack the ingredients separately so that things do not get soggy and stale; cheese, sausage and crackers; wraps made with whole wheat tortillas - spread Miracle Whip, mustard or cream cheese on a tortilla, layer on your favorite meats and cheeses such as ham, turkey, roast beef, Provolone, Swiss, cheddar, American, add some lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts - anything you like - and roll up!.!.!.
