What is your favorite casserole recipe?!
Here's mine:
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 can Campbell's (or other) Cream of Mushroom soup, 1 small jar or can of mushrooms, 1 10 ounce can of chunk white tuna (any brand), 1 small can of green peas, 10 ounces of milk or condensed milk, 1 bag of grated cheese!. 1 cup of butter or margarine!.
1 box or bag of medium shell pasta!.
In a casserole bowl, break and whip the egg!. Stir in the tuna!. Add the Cream of Mushroom soup and the milk!. Stir well!. Add the peas and the mushrooms, including the liquid contents of the cans!. Stir!. Put the butter or margarine on top and don't stir!.
In a pot or pan, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta!. Drain and add to the other contents!. Stir well until there are no traces of the butter or margarine (I use Parkay in a tub, by the way)!.
Add the cheese on top!. (Use your favorite!. I like sharp cheddar, but any cheese will work!.)
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes in the casserole bowl--covered!.

YOU CAN HAVE THESE INGREDIENTS IN FOOD PANTRY AND FREEZER AND IS A WONDERFUL MEAL!
Put Green Pepper and Onion and parkay Marg!.(a spoon or two) carmelize in pan;
Leave veggies in then scrape three soups into the pan
and can begin adding little of the milk- sitting aside
After soups good and hot add all the other things
American cheese, miracle whip and hot sauce
When HOT-ADD--- the drained white chunk tuna
It should be good and creamy and delish!.
Now ADD tsp!.of lemon juice at a time then taste-
This will combine flaver of all ingredients and soften ANY real
fishy taste--I usually add the three TABLS!.
You will see how this one ingredient makes people Like
a Tuna Noodle dish!.
Take Pre-done noodles and DUMP in creamy sauce!.
Done on top of stove it is a fast delish meal, no need to put
in oven; ready as soon as you get it together!.
We like only Jellid Cran-berry Sauce for side dish

Mine and my entire family loves Asparagus casserole!. For a family size casserole, 4 cans of asparagus drained, put in deep casserole dish!. Mix one can cream of mushroom soup, one can cream of chicken soup with half a can of milk!. Pour over asparagus, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, as much or as little as you like!. Top with crushed Ritz crackers or packaged stuffing mix dotted with butter!. Bake at 350 until heated through and cheese melts and topping is browned!. YUMMY! In a 9x13 baking dish, mix three cans of pork n' beans, four hot dogs cut into bite sized pieces, a half cup of diced onion with two tablespoons of brown sugar and two tablespoons of ketchup!. Cover it with grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or the like)!. Top with a recipe of cornbread and bake it at 350 for about 45 minutes or until the cornbread is lightly browned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veggie stew and dumplings
This has to consist of potato, carrot, swede, parsnip, mushrooms, onion, peas, gravy and Herbie dumplings!.
As you like cheese you can put a dash on it, but cutting down on this reduces the risk of hardening of the arteries!.

mine would be mom's fish casserole!.!.!.she uses sole or sometimes tuna!.!.!.or any white fish that is at hand!.!.!.
not sure of her recipe but she always starts out with lining a prepared baked pan with layers of lightly sauteed aubergine and fish and home-made tomato sauce and also 3 kinds of cheese[parmesan ,mozzarella and cheddar] in each layer to the top!.then she pours a light custard of eggs and flour and salt/pepper with nutmeg to the whole pan!.then covered and cook for about 1hour!.!.!.
the results would be like lasagna of sorts but more yummy!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

meat kebabs wrapped in aubergines with tomato sauce!.
I am assuming knowledge of how to make kebabs!.
Make some finger sized kebabs!.
Slice aubergines across its length!. Salt them and leave for a couple of hours for some of its water to leave!. ( I don't know why my family do this but I do it because this is the way I was taught)
Fry the aubergines!.
wrap each kebab with an aubergine and arrange in a casserole!. Top with tomato juice and puree!. Sprinkle parsely !.
Put in oven to cook
and voila!. An excellent meal!.

prepare beef mince by chopping onion, and adding meat aloowing the meat to brown!. Before the browning is complete add chopped peppers!. Add salt, and pepper to taste and tomato puree!.
Prepare some white sauce with 2 tablespoons of butter and flour!. stir the flour with the butter over the fire!. Add milk gradually and allow the mixture to thicken!. Add some parmesan cheese!.
Layer the meat lasagna and white sauce!. sprinkle with parmesan cheese on the final layer!. Cook in oven and you are done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In place of the pasta she would line the bottom with potato chips, mix in some crumbled potato chips and cover the top with potato chips!. It was so good!.
