Answers:
Olivio or something similar!. It is made with olive oil rather than dairy!. A stew or something with some liquid is good to put in a potato and it does not have to contain dairy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They have a tofou cheese that is rather good!. Add some bacon bits and chives!. also chili is very good!. You can also stuff it with seafood!.Or just take the inside of your potato out, Mash up the potato, add a little olive oil, any meat you wish, bacon, onions!. Put back into the jacket and bake for 15 min!. Or take the potato out, dont mash up, just break the potato up, scramble some eggs, add some sausage, mix all together put back into the jacket and bake on low for 10 min!. Real butter is dairy!. But they do have margarine that is 99% oil!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

my favourite is tuna and sweetcorn that will take the dryness out of no spread on your jacket! also if i am having something dry like ham and salad with my jacket a little salad cream works for me! i hope you findsomething that you like :-)Www@FoodAQ@Com
