What am I going to do with these pork chops?!

Question: What am I going to do with these pork chops!?
After eight years, my wife finally tried some pork chops a few weeks ago!. I was very conservative so she would like them and try to eat them again!. I dipped them in eggs, breaded them, and fried them!. It was nothing fancy!.

Now, I have pork chops in my fridge again and I want to do something with a little higher level of difficulty!. They're cutlets that are a little less then a half-inch thick!. I MIGHT be able to stuff them with something!.

I'd love ideas!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
My absolute favorite way to cook pork chops is to sprinkle them with garlic powder, s+p, and dried basil!. Pan fry in olive oil and a little butter!. Be sooooo careful not to overcook, but they are usually very juicy and flavorful this way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a cast iron pan, sear the pork chops on the stove, then throw in a cut up apple, some apple sauce, and a bottle of bbq and bake it on 425 for 15 minutes!. It's killer!. Or, if you want to stuff them, I love to stuff pork chops with fruit!. Apples, dried apricots and dried cranberries are wonderful!. I just use applesauce as the sauce afterward!. You could also try using Adobo seasoning and serving it with some rice!. Another favorite is the italian rub someone above me has suggested!. Pork is pretty much as versitile as chicken, so just use your imagination :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can cook them in a gravy for about 1-2 hours covered with foil on a low heat!. just make a normal gravy & then add mango chutney to the gravy, onions, peppers & perhaps some carrots or other root veg you like!. They cook so tender & are succulent!. Try it!.!.EnjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com

my dad used to beat them so that they would be thin and juicy and then fry them in a batter!.
also you can marinade them with dill, parsley and onions for 24 hours or less and then grill them!. great smell!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My wife and I love a good Italian rub consisting of oregano, garlic, rosemary, basil and olive oil!. Throw them on the grill with a little coarse salt and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are to thin to stuff but you could put the stuffing on top of one and the top it all with another one!. I seen a chef on TV do that and they looked great!. Plus you can get more stuff that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
