How do i make garlic breaded mushrooms???!

Question: How do i make garlic breaded mushrooms!?!?!?
Answers:
Normally, though, you would simply take button mushrooms, wipe them, dip them in a little beaten egg, then in seasoned breadcrumbs (preferably home-made, rather than the ghastly yellow ones you can buy), and fry (better deep fried, since they are more even) or bake in a little oil!.

BREADCRUMBS
The best way to make fresh breadcrumbs is to use stale (but not dried out) bread and whiz it in a food processor until crumbly!. A rolling pin would mash the bread flat!. The crumbs should still be moist and light!. It's important to use stale bread - leaving a few slices out to air dry for a couple of hours works tolerably well!. You can incorporate seasonings (salt, pepper, crushed garlic, a little cumin or coriander or dried herbs) when you blitz them in the processor!.

On the other hand, dried breadcrumbs are made from bread that has been toasted or baked slowly to remove all moisture, then processed to make fine, sand-like crumbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

mix 1 clove garlic with a knob of butter, pull the stalks of the mushrooms, wash and spoon the butter on top of each mushroom!.
toss in flour
toss in beaten egg and
then toss in breadcrumbs!.

Bake or best is deep fried!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a good one!
flat the bread with a rolling pin
make a paste with garlic, green onion, mushrooms, salt pepper and a spoon of flour!
pass on bread, rolled melte same butter and pincele on bread!
bake for 15 min or until gold!
its a great appetizer!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Combine finely minced fresh garlic with Italian seasoned bread crumbs!. Dip whole mushrooms in an egg wash, then roll them in the crumbs and deep fry or oven fry ( bake)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

blend a lot of crushed garlic into your breading mixture, dip the mushrooms in beaten egg then roll in the breading!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
