Jalepeno poppers on the grill question?!
I'm taking the stuff to make poppers on the grill at the lake this weekend!. My recipe calls for fresh pepper halves stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with 1 strip of pre-cooked bacon and tied with a toothpick!.
My question is, how far in advance (1 day!? 6 hours!?) can I assemble them before we grill them!?
It's a small kitchen at the lake and I'd rather do it here at home before we go, but will that make it too hot or anything!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

they would probably be fine chilled up to a day!. in fact, it may be more flavorful!.

Prepare the day before and then chill!. I would also suggest, from own experience, add a small drizzle of pancake syrup before you add the cream cheese, just a suggestion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It's your choice!.!.!. twenty minutes!.!.!. a day!.!.!. it really doesn't matter!. They will not get hotter if you do them ahead!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
