Clafouti!. Classically the are made with cherries!. This recipe is made with plums!. Substitute your peaches for the plums!

Plum Clafouti

1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 pound Italian prune plums, halved and pitted
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup light cream
3/4 cup flour
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Vanilla sugar, for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and butter the pie plate well!.
Sprinkle the pie plate with the 1 tablespoon sugar and distribute the plum halves over the sugar, skin side down!. In a blender blend the milk, light cream, flour, eggs, egg yolk and salt for 2 minutes!. Add the 1/4 cup sugar and the vanilla, blend the mixture for a few seconds and pour it over the plums!. Bake the clafouti in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes or until puffed and golden!. Dust the clafouti with vanilla sugar and serve at onceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Peach Cobbler
Heat oven to 400 degrees F!.
Put your peaches in a sauce pan, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 3 Tablespoons of cornstarch!. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils!.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole!. Set aside (You could put them in the oven to keep hot)

1 Cup flour
1 Tb sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tb!. shortening
1/2 Cup milk
Measure dry ingredients into a bowl!. Add shortening and milk!. Cut through shortening 6-7 times!. Mix until dough forms a ball!. Drop by spoon-fulls onto hot filling!. Bake 25-30 minutes or until biscuit topping is golden brown!. Serve warm, with your cream or whip the cream either way yum-yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Personally, i would make this!.

Peach cake!.
1!.Puree the peaches in a blender!.
2!.Add the peaches, flour and sugar to a bowl and mix well (you could add the eggs if you really want to)!.
3!.Preheat the oven to gas mark 5/190oC!. Line a cake tin with greaseproof paper!.
4!.Pour the cake mixture into the tin!.
5!. Bake until its a nice crisp brown on the top (or for about 35 minutes), and leave to cool for about 10 minutes before serving!.
6!. Serve with the cream!.

Peach dumplings!. Heat peaches to low simmering (may need to add a little bit of water)!. Make a fairly stiff dough out of some of the cream & flour!. Drop by spoonfulls into the simmering peaches!. Serve with a little bit of the cream on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
