The recipe on the bag of Nestles' chips is really one of the best!. I think it's called "Toll House"!. If it's not on your bag of chips, you can probably google "toll house cookie recipe" online!.
Hopefully you have all the ingredients on hand--you will need eggs, flour, sugar, brown sugar, butter, and I think baking soda!. Seems like there is a pinch of salt and maybe some vanilla in there, too!. Butterscotch chips will work, but the cookies will taste different!. also, use chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) if you have any!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If they are Nestle butterscotch chips, use the Oatmeal Scotchies recipe on the back of the bag! it is fabulous!
I like this recipe for CC cookies; it's off the back of the semi-sweet chips bag! You can use butterscotch, PNB, or white chocolate chips as well as semi-sweet!.
Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies
2? cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks or ? pound) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups (a 12-oz package) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup chopped nuts
COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl!. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl!. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture!. Stir in morsels and nuts!. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets!.
BAKE in preheated 375oF oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown!. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
