Anyone else find tomatoe paste makes sauce taste too sugary and processed?!
I was also surprised to hear from someone that the italians use tomatoe paste!.!.Is it true!? Is sauce better made without tomatoe paste!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

try the tomato paste in a tube!.!.there's a lot less sugar in it and it is minimally processed!. i prefer it for my pasta sauces, and i hope it helps you too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
My mother used to make a very good goulash!. Her secret was 2 small cans of tomato sauce, and 1/3 can of tomato paste!. The sauce made the base flavor, and the paste added a nice complexity!. I really like goulash this way, and continue to make it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
They do have all natural and organic tomato paste that you can buy and also with out sugar added!. These can be found in some stores but also stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or Central Market!. I am not sure were you life but look at the specialty stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
