They have a program that converts any ingredient to volume/weight!.
FYI: Volume and weight cannot be directly converted!. Trying to convert grams to cups would be the same as trying to convert inches to pounds; it can't be done!. The morons who invented the English System gave the same unit name (ounces) to both volume and weight!. They are not the same! For example, a cup of lead pellets and a cup of feathers will not weigh 8 ounces, even though they both occupy 8 ounces of volume!.
The program on gourmetslueth!.com has a data base of average weights for a given volume of ingredient!. It depends on what the ingredient is because different food items have different densities!. These conversions are not very accurate, but it should be OK for home baking!.
I'm sure you'll get a lot of morons who will try to give you a direct conversion from grams to cups!. Grams can be converted to weight ounces!. However, weight ounces cannot be converted to fluid ounces!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
