Ok so this is like the 100th time I've posted this, but its just so yummy and easy!

Soyo Chicken

You need:
*4 chicken thighs (boneless)
*1 cup water
*1 cup soy sauce
*3 chopped cloves of garlic
*Chopped onion (white or yellow)
*Chopped green onion
*2 thin slices of ginger (optional)

Add soy sauce, water, garlic, onions, and ginger to a baking dish!. Set the 4 thighs in the mixture and bake on 400 for 20n minutes and then flip the thighs and bake for another 20 minutes!.

Serve over rice!. Use the extra sauce for the rice if you would like!.

I'd say start with a good salad!.

Lettuce (duh)
tomato
olives
shredded cheese
cucumber
croutons
red onion

Have a few dressings on hand!.

Have a great date!. Hope you hit a homer! lol!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd make spagetti because it's almost impossible to screw up!. If you want to make it a little more interesting than your everyday spagetti and ground beef/marinara sauce, try adding something different to it as well like sliced up italian sausage or shrimp!.

When I make it I usually use all of the above, ground beef, sliced italian sausage and shrimp!.!.i cook them all down then add it to the sauce for variety and texture!.

anyway its real simple and like i said before, hard to screw up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you didn't mention which date this was, the first!? the 100th!? but I usually go for something simple, elegant, and with a good visual appeal!.

Cornish hens are very easy to fix, adding a nice touch with a little heavy sauce!. Probably some mixed wild and brown rice to go along, and perhaps a few great looking asparagus spears with toasted sesame seeds on top!.
The other tried and true dishes would be Chicken Cordon Bleu, pounding chicken breasts, lining with some good cheese and thin sliced imported ham!. Rolled, dipped in egg wash, bread crumbs and baked until done!. If you go this route, I recommend a sorbet or other clensing course to get the salty taste of cheese and ham out of your mouth!. Even applesauce works on the plate!. Plain white rice or some small pasta works here also

Wine before and during dinner, preferably a Cabernet Sauvignon!.

Lasagna and an elaborate salad (don't forget the purple onions), sun-dried tomato and garlic bread (unless it causes you to have bad breath!.!.then go with another kind of bread)!.

For dessert: tiramisu and coffee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about risotto!? Or shrimp scampi!? Or eggplant Parmesan!?

For a starter/salad course, try Avocado Ritz!. Ripe avocado halves, drizzled with lemon, sea salt and black pepper, filled with creamy seafood!. I use smoked salmon and shrimp, mixed with good mayo, tartar sauce, fresh dill and lots of fresh lemon!. Serve with a glass of ice cold Brut champagne!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tell her what you would like and point to the kitchen!. If she makes you what you asked for, the date is a success!. If not, there are more fish in the sea-You really didn't want to date her anyway!.

I think a nice steak sounds good tonight, don't you!?
