The whole peeled tomatoes I used for my sauce taste terrible...?!
I think they were a bad brand, but too late, there already cooking down, I have no tomatoe paste, only premade canned sauce, I added a can of that but it still tastes terrible, I'm pretty sure it was the whole tomatoes!. I have two fresh tomatoes, anything I can do with them to make it taste better!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can add a little sugar !.!.!. or, surprisingly, grated CARROT will also sweeten the sauce, and help thicken it! And you won't even taste the carrot:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
any tomato you use, no problem, but no tomato paste, please, just tomatoes, anything!.

add salt! and onion powder- don't forget the garlic and basil- possibly adda tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil- like a tablespoon - see how it tastes after that- not to worry it will turn out fine-Www@FoodAQ@Com
