Pineapple Jello Dessert?!


Question: Pineapple Jello Dessert!?
Hi!.!.!.!.
Does anyone have the old recipe where you drain a can of pineapple slices and then put jello in can after mixig per instructions and it jells in can around pineapple!.!.!.My daughter loves it i used to make it but i think you reduce the water in jello in order for it to set right!.When its chilled you slide it out of can slice the slices between each you get jello and pineapple!.!.!.!.!.

Answers:
1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple
1 (3 ounce) package Jello gelatin, your choice
1 cup boiling water

Directions
1Pour off pineapple juice from can but leave pineapple in the can (Save juice for another use)!.
2Dissolve jello in boiling water!.
3Cool slightly!.
4Pour into can over the pineapple!.
5Chill until set!.
6To serve, run knife around inside of can and tip out!.

Lime Jello with Pineapple Slices

1 package lime Jello
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 can pineapple slices, drained; save the can

Dissolve the Jello in one cup of boiling water!. Add the half cup of cold water!. Drain pineapple juice from can, leaving pineapples in the can!. Pour in some of the lime Jello!. Use a fork to get to the bottom of the slices and raise them up from the bottom so that the Jello will go under the pile as well as around it!. Now pour in rest of Jello, shaking the can to get it to surround the slices!. Cover the top of the slices!. Refrigerate for several hours!. Turn out onto a plate as a molded cylinder and serve by slicing between the pineapple slices!.

Pineapple Hula Hoop

2 3 ounce packages lime Jello
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups lemon lime carbonated beverage or cold water
1 15 1/4 ounce can sliced pineapple, drained and halved
8 whole blanched almonds

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water!. Add beverage and chill until thickened!. Meanwhile, arrange half the pineapple in a 5 cup ring mold, placing an almond in center of each half ring!. Spoon gelatin into mold and add remaining pineapple, pressing down lightly!. Chill until firm, about 4 hours!. Unmold!. Garnish with crisp salad greens, if desired!. Sounds way cool, gotta try this!. Use the jigglers recipe, or use 1 cup of boiling water and 1/2 cup of ice cold water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
