Answers:
it should always be refrigerated!. Once you serve it of course it's on the table, just put out as much as you think will get eaten in a fairly short amount of time and then replenish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sushi should not be cold when you eat it!. It's all about fresh, the idea being you catch the fish, cut it up and then eat it!. BUT, since you probably got the fish at the store instead of the ocean, you can definitely leave it out for an hour and still be safe!. also, be sure to eat your sushi soon; there's a reason sushi sold in stores are marked with times, not dates!. Depending on the type of fish, sushi should usually be eaten within a couple of hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Placeing the sushi in the frige for the 1/2 hour wont really make a big difference unless the sushi has already been sitting out in the room temp for a long time!.

Treat the sushi as you would any other fish or meat product!. Would you let them sit out the same amount of timeWww@FoodAQ@Com
