seperate the egg whites from the yolk and just use thoseWww@FoodAQ@Com

Does the Angel Food cake call for whole eggs!? Usually Angel Food cakes don't have egg yolks in them! also, I've never made cupcakes with an Angel Food cake mix; they're usually too fluffy for the small cups !.!.!.!.!.but, I'd reread those directions on the box to be sure it actually calls for whole eggs or yolks!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you want really white cake just use egg yolks, if the recipe calls for whole egg or egg yolk just substitute with egg whites!.
I have done this with cake mix and it works fine!. in fact I believe some of the cake mix boxes say on the side to do this as an alternative!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
