Find a place that sells cream cheese substitutes for Vegans and follow the following recipe using the substitute for cream cheese and enjoy!
First, let a block of cream cheese soften at room temperature!. 2 (8 oz!.) strawberry yogurt
1 (8 oz!.) Cool Whip
1 c!. crushed fresh strawberries
Combine and chill!. Use as a dip for fresh strawberries, pineapple, bananas, grapes, and other fruit!.
MANGO CHUTNEY DIP
1 jar mango chutney
2 1/2 c!. mayonnaise
1/4 c!. whipping cream
In a bowl of a food processor mix all the above ingredients together until well blended!. Use immediately or refrigerate covered!. Makes 3 cups!.

* 1 large grapefruit
* 1/4 cup 100% apricot fruit spread
* 1/4 cup reduced-sugar orange marmalade
* 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
* 2 cups reduced-fat lemon yogurt
* 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted, divided
DIRECTIONS
1!. Cut grapefruit in half!. With a sharp knife, slice between membrane of each section and the peel!. Remove sections and chop; discard juice!. Remove membranes from grapefruit shells!. Refrigerate shells until serving!.
2!. In a bowl, combine the fruit spread, marmalade, almond extract and chopped grapefruit!. Stir in yogurt!. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour!.
3!. Set aside 1 tablespoon almonds!. Chop remaining almonds!. Just before serving, stir chopped almonds into dip!. Spoon into reserved grapefruit shells!. Sprinkle with sliced almonds!.

In medium saucepan, combine apple, pear, orange juice, honey!. Over

heat; simmer 8 to 10 minutes, until fruit is tender!. In small bowl,
combine cornstarch and water, stirring until cornstarch is dissolved!.
Stir into hot mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes until mixture is

You could probably skip the part about the mold and refrigeration and just dip fruit into the gooey mix!.

1/2 tbs lemon juice
1 package of cream cheese
put the cream cheese in the microwave and heat it until its soft!. add the two cups of marshmallow cream and mix it together until its smooth and then mix in the lemon juice!.
