Reduce the heat to 300°!. Bake quiche 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean!. Let pie stand for 10 minutes to cool before cutting!.

Sure easy

1 pound bacon
one box chopped frozen spinach
2 large onions
12oz sliced onions
8 oz shredded swiss
8 eggs

Cut the bacon to 1" using scissors and cook until thoroughly rendered(about 1/2 hour)!. Drain off grease and remove bacon!. Add in chopped onions and mushrooms and cook until clear and mushrooms have lost most of their water!.

Run the spinach under water in a colander until thawed!. Squeeze out excess water and put into a mixing bowl!. Add in bacon, mush, onions and mix!. Add in eggs and divide between two pie shells!. Mix half of the cheese into the pie then top with the rest!. Bake at 350 until crust is golden brown!. This is a very dense, manly quche!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
