2/3 cup Original Bisquick? mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt or Garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

1!. Heat oven to 450oF!. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray!.
2!. Mix Bisquick mix, cheese, salt and paprika in 1-gallon resealable plastic food-storage bag!. Dip half the chicken strips into egg; place in bag of Bisquick mixture!. Seal bag; shake to coat!. Place chicken on cookie sheet!. Repeat with remaining chicken!. Drizzle butter over chicken!.
3!. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes with pancake turner, until no longer pink in center!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients
3 Chicken breast halves, skinned and boned (about 3/4 pound)
1 Egg
Seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp!. Butter, melted
1/2 tbsp!. Fresh lemon juice
BBQ Sauce, catsup, or honey for dipping

Preparation
Pound chicken into thin cutlets between sheets of plastic wrap with a mallet!.
In a bowl, beat the egg!.
Dip the chicken into the egg and then into the bread crumbs!.
Arrange the chicken cutlets into a non-stick baking dish and drizzle each one with melted butter and lemon juice!.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden!.

Slice the chicken into strips and serve with favourite sauce!.

Children love pounding the chicken into thin cutlets!. If you do not have a meat pounder, a hammer or a rolling pin will work!. Even the youngest child can participate in this recipe!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Get some skinned chicken breasts and cut them into strips about 1/2" wide!. Press/pound them so they are no thicker than 1/4!." Soak them in some buttermilk for about an hour or up to a day; use a plastic baggie for this!.
