Answers:
You can use any recipe that calls for heavy or whipping cream by substituting equal amounts of evaporated milk!. For milk substitute 2 percent milk!. Maybe just substitute the evaporated milk for cream and leave the whole milk!. The lower fat products will create a lighter ice cream with a little different texture but you can experiment until you find what you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i believe the style you will want to look for are "philadelphia style" ice cream recipes!. its usually milk instead of heavy cream!. what i have found about that type ice cream is that it is not as heavy, creamy, dense, or flavorful!. it is almost icy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
