Chicken(Thighs w/skin on, i was just going to take it off)
Bok Choy
Carrots
Garlic
Onion (yellow)
Snap peas
tomatoes(roma)
Broccoli
bread crumbs
croutons
romaine salad mix
italian dressing
oranges and lemons
salt
pepper
all sorts of dried herbs and mrs dash
soy sauce
teriyaki sauce
olive oil(EVOO AND OO)
canola oil

i was hoping to fry or something like with a frying pan

ok, i would rub garlic and paprika if you have it into the chicken, then fry gently in some olive oil with some chopped onions, then in a separate pan boil up some broccoli/peas, when the chicken is cooked and the veg is soft then put the veg in with the chicken pan and fry it off a bit!. then serve on salad with the croutons with some sliced tomatoes and the dressing mixed with the oil left from the chicken and garlic/onion mix!. it will take about 10 mins and only 2 pans to wash up :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

OK here's what you will need

half a cup of cheese cut up in to small pieces (mosorella cheese or string cheese, anykind exsept chedder cheese
1 big tomato (its a fruit) cut up into little pieces
1 tsp black pepper
a pinch of salt
4 eggs
a cup
a pan
butter to put in the pan
a snacks
mayonnaise
4 hamburger buns



here's what you will do
brake the eggs into the cup and stir it really good add the pepper and salt mix it really good again

put the pan on hi and put the butter in there when the butter melts pour eggs in there than add the cheese and the tomato's than scramble it really well Intel its cooked

than turn the burner off!. take the buns and spread mayo on there than put that in the snacks and the eggs stuff in the middle let it cook in there till its light brown like 4min long and ta DA you got your self a delusions sand whichWww@FoodAQ@Com

fry your chick, in the canola oil, till nice and brown , remove, in the same uncleaned skillet, fry, onion, garlic, jullienne carrots, and broccolli, saute until tender, then add the bok choy and snap peas, in a seperate bowl put 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 2 tbsp of the terriyaki, mix good until sugar is desolved, put chick back into the pan with veggies, add the sauce, stir everything together, till well coated!. serve over rice!.with the romaine , make a salad, and eat the orange for desert!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
