Answers:
Yes, yes, no, wrapped or unwrapped!. Use the pineapple juice!.

Wrapping the salmon in foil is actually a method of "steaming", better know as "Salmon en Pappiote" (the salmon can also be wrapped in parchment paper)!.

I personally think you should roast the sliced potatoes!. Toss them is a bowl with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and dill!. Then, spread them on a sheet pan and bake them at 350 F until they start to get crispy!.

The salmon should be baked at a high temp (400-425 F)!. Cooking it quickly at a high temp will keep it from getting dried out!.

Completely sealing the salmon is foil will help keep it nice and moist!. Add a little of the pineapple juice and maybe a dab of butter if you have it!. Bake at the temps I recommended for about 20 min!.

Since the salmon and potatoes require different temps, cook the potatoes first!. You can reheat them in the same oven when the salmon has about 5 min!. before its done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can, but start the potatoes first at about 400, then remove them from the pan!. Add the salmon - then add the potatoes back in!. Here's an example - just omit the asparagus & watch your cooking time!.!.
