ok, is portobello the same as button butter cooked mushrooms, if so, here is re3cipe , that i made with mushrooms a side dish, you need 3 to 4 cups of pasta bows, 1 half cup of finally chopped onion, 1 cup of sourcream, and 2 Tablespoons of worchesire sauce, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, Put onion in butter on med heat, and fry place the sourcream in the onions and soup and stir, add eworchesire sauce , and pepper to taste and put in your mushrooms and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes cover and serve over the pasta bows , I made this on a side when i made steakWww@FoodAQ@Com

grilled fresh asparagus tossed in olive oil and cracked pepper!. The lovely green of the asparagus brightens the plate!.A few shaving of Parmesan and a slice or two of Turkish bread and you have a nice healthy meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
