I have two FROZEN chicken breast (about 1 lb) that I plan to bake tonight!. Assuming I use a basic crust like Shake 'N Bake what adjustments would I need to make to cooking time and/or temperature to ensure it comes out juicy and evenly cooked, like when cooked from a thawed state!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Is there a reason you don't want to thaw!. I don't recommend this if you are going to crust the breast!. You won't get the crust to stick to the breast!. They thaw out very quickly under running tap water!. 5-7 minutes!. A trick I use to tell if meat is cooked, is to stick a small pairing knife into the middle of the breast and then immediately touch the knife to my lips!. Don't worry, you won't burn yourself!. If it's hot to the touch, it's done!. Other than that is by touching the breast itself!. This take experience though!. By touching you don't cut the meat open and release it's juices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You want to rinse the breast under cold water!. Then bread them or whatever you are doing to them!. You will need to bake them at 350 for at least 45min!. to an hour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
